Where is Bodha Yoga located?

You can find us on the second floor at 124 SW Yamhill St., Portland, OR 97204. We're located in the heart of downtown Portland near Pioneer Square Mall, making it easy to reach us by public transit or car. Either take the Red or Blue MAX Line right to our door in the Yamhill Transit Plaza, or park nearby and walk to the Plaza between SW 1st and SW 2nd at SW Yamhill. We are in the historic Franz building between the corner bakery and the architecture studio.

What should I bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, and water to stay hydrated. For more rigorous classes a towel could be helpful.  We have mats available at no additional cost to rent.

What are your pricing plans and membership options?

Accepted Answer

Our Momence booking platform allows you to select from a sliding scale. Minimum recommended reservations start at $20, with options like $25 Grateful donations or higher if you are feeling generous and want to support your teacher. If space is available in the class, you can also drop in and use our cash donation box, or pay the teacher directly (Venmo is a common payment app).

If you can't afford to pay, let your teacher know. Our policy is to not refuse Yoga on the basis of your ability to pay any more than you can afford. We also have class packs (5, 10, 20) and seasonal promotions. If you are new to our studio, consider our 2-week introductory unlimited membership for just $35!

What should I expect in my first class at Bodha Yoga?

Come a few minutes early so you can check in, get settled, and let your teacher know you’re new or have any injuries or concerns. Our teachers are happy to offer modifications and help you find a version of the practice that feels good in your body. If you have a mat, bring it along; if not, we have mats available for free.
