Lisa Kaye Blood

I started teaching yoga a couple years after graduating from PNCA in 2004. My favorite style to teach is Vinyasa. I love it because it allows for so much freedom and fun for both teacher and practitioner. It can allow space for fluid strength, flexibility and breath. I feel like the yoga mat levels the playing field for all of us. In addition to yoga I am a Reiki and Quantum Light Wave practitioner. I love connecting and talking with people about common interests.

A divine download led her straight to somatics. Through embodiment she tuned into her trauma. Agnieszka Axer

Yoga has been a central part of my life since I began regularly practicing in 2021. While immersing myself in teaching as well as my own practice, I fell in love with yoga sculpt and had the opportunity to complete a 50 hour training in that format recently. When I workout on my own, I love to blast a fun playlist and combine strength training with plyometrics. To me, working out is fun and empowering or nothing at all! I can’t wait to share this with my students.
